Terms & conditions
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of your order (in some rare cases this may take a day or two longer). In the event that an item has temporarily become unavailable we shall send part of your order with the remaining item to follow.
The cost of post and packaging is £1.95 up to orders of £19.99. Delivery is Free on all orders over £20. You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. Royal Mail typically state 3-5 days for delivery, however, please allow up to 10 working days as per Royal Mail guidelines for a delivery. For overseas orders we would ask that you allow a further 5 days for your parcel to arrive.
In the event you believe a parcel may have gone missing please contact us on 0141 883 6855 and we shall endeavour to expedite delivery or re-send a duplicate of the lost/missing order. Please contact us at email@example.com should you have any queries.
Anything damaged in the post to you will be replaced.
We ship to European Union(EU) countries, plus Norway and other non EU Scandinavian countries at a fixed cost of £5.00. For the rest of the world we charge £7.50. You must click on Europe/Rest of the World option when requested to select delivery location. As this is a manual option, if it is not clicked we have contact you to add this manually and this may delay the order dispatching.
Delivery of craft machines and very heavy orders to International customers may incur an extra cost due to the weight. We will notify you of this cost once we have a quote. In such cases we pass on this extra charge at cost and never look to make money through postage charges.
Please allow up to 20 working days for a delivery to arrive. If your order had still not arrived, we will resend it to you.
